• The purpose of the committee is to provide a structured forum for neighbours in the immediate vicinity of Woodbine and Gerrard Street East and the developer, Alternative
  Living Solutions Inc. to discuss issues related to the construction of the building.

• The committee will meet starting in March, before constructions starts, once during the construction phase and once nearing the completion of construction. Members of the committee will also be given a tour of the facility at the end of construction and before occupancy.

• Chair:
  The committee will be chaired by a consultant selected by Alternative Living
  Solutions Inc.
  
• Members:
  Adjacent residential and commercial property owners and tenants will be invited to join the CLC. The City of Toronto may also refer individuals to sit on the CLC.

The committee will consider issues related to the construction of the building
including, but not limited to:

• Parking during construction
• Building security systems
• Lighting
• Ventilation exhaust
• Noise during construction
• Disposal during construction
• Mitigating or enhancing the impact on adjacent properties
• Other building related issues raised by members of the committee.

• Minutes of the meeting will be kept and distributed to members of the committee. Invitations/reminders of each committee will be sent two (2) weeks in advance of each meeting by email.
