Construction Liaison Meeting to be Held Spring 2009

Dear Residents:

We would like to invite you to our first Construction Liaison Meeting.  Glenmore Apartments has been approved by the City of Toronto to build a four storey building with 20 – 1 bedroom units.  The building will also have commercial office space at grade level.

The project is sponsored by Houselink and the City of Toronto “Streets to Homes” program and will provide supportive housing for the residents.  The building will have a common room for tenant activities and will also meet the City of Toronto Green Development Standards. Construction will be starting soon with demolition this month.  We propose to complete construction by Summer of 2009.  Construction hours are from 7am to 7pm in accordance with City by-laws.  Dust control will be monitored to meet the City’s standards and construction vehicles will enter and exit the site via Gerrard Street East.  Please join us for the first meeting:
